Verizon Wireless has announced the LG enV2, the successor to the popular LG enV will be available in April. The LG enV2 offers features including VCAST Music and Video, VZ Navigator, Bluetooth capabilities, dual speakers and a 2.0-megapixel camera. The phone’s QWERTY keypad makes messaging easy, while a 2.4-inch internal screen offers clear videos and images.
Verizon Wireless’ VCAST Music store provides users access to more than 2.8 million songs from both well-known and independent artists. Customers can listen to the songs through a Bluetooth Stereo headset or accessory. A separately purchased external memory microSD card allows customers to store their own music or video clips on their phones and move them from their PCs to their phones.

Curve is the smartphone first capable of 3G by using the carrier’s EVDO network and adds all the improvements of the 8310 used on GSM phone networks, highlighted by the native GPS receiver: the device can either use Verizon’s own VZ Navigator for driving directions or an alternate solution for mapping. Research in Motion’s updated BlackBerry also brings a 2-megapixel camera, a native 3.5mm headphone jack, and an externally accessible microSDHC card slot for up to 8GB of storage.
In Verizon trim, the 8330 will be available solely in silver and uses a slightly customized version of RIM’s standard BlackBerry interface while supporting all the typical third-party software, including a native Facebook app.
