The A827 “Access” from Samsung

Samsung Access is TV-capable candybar with 2.3″ QVGA display. It supports MediaFlo which AT&T will use for its mobile TV service. The first images of the Samsung Access A827 with the AT&T logo on it can be found on the Mobiledia. The presence of a dedicated TV button right next to the D-pad makes us think it will support the MediaFLO TV, which would make it the second phone after the LG Vu CU920 to feature that extra. Not much info about the specifications can be found.

By looking at the image of the Access with nothing too extravagant the device can be proud of and considering the presence of a 1.3 megapixel camera and a small display, we think this phone will belong to the lower class of AT&T’s mobiles. Check back with us later for more info.

New Phone LG Vu

Rogers Wireless in Canada will release the LG Vu in the beginning of May. We’ve no idea if “available exclusively at Rogers Wireless” means it will be exclusive for Canada only, or worldwide, making AT&T waiting, here in the U.S., although the rumors first appeared for its version.

Lots of information about the LG Vu is revealed. The images confirm the similar to Prada and Viewty design as well as that it will run on a modified version of the software used in those two. It is a half an inch (13mm) thick candybar with 2.8-inch 240×400 pixels touch sensitive display. The camera is 2-megapixel and the memory is expanded through microSD cards. It has full HTML browser, which would make use of the 3G HSDPA fast data.
