
Starting today Sony Ericsson W350 is now available from AT&T and in the choice of three colours, Graphic White, Ice Blue, and Electric Black. Sony Ericsson has announced the W350 alongside the W760 and Z555 mobile phones during this year’s CTIA in Las Vegas. Sony Ericsson calls it “innovative matchbook flip design” with dedicated music control keys to it’s it’s one strange-lookin’ device. The retail price of W350 is $229.99, but with a contract agreement for two years, the phone can be bought for $79.99. The Mobiado Company, known as a manufacturer of exclusive, luxury phones, has presented its new development – the Luminoso Lucido phone. the Lucido, combines aluminum, stainless steel, and sapphire crystal in an extreme fashion. Specs wise, the Mobiado Luminoso Lucido is a mid-range phone. The phone is unlocked and will work with any GSM network operator. It has WCDMA 2100 and tri-band GSM coverage on up to five continents (GSM/EDGE 900/1800/1900). It is equipped with a QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera and video camera, supports microSD cards up to 2GB, surround sound through stereo speakers, push to talk over cellular, Bluetooth technology, speaker phone, and a music player that supports MP3, MP4, eAAC+ and AAC music files. Since price and availability has not yet been disclosed, one can assume that deep pockets will be easily be able to afford it.
 
Palm today released an official video and press photo of the new Treo Pro smartphone. Although it did appear in Palm’s official multimedia library for press, the video was not accompanied by a press release. Palm’s Treo Pro isn’t quite official yet, but after two leaks, there’s a lot of information out there already. The Treo Pro is sleek and thin with smooth lines and rounded edges. Palm’s ring “a one-touch Wi-Fi button, GPS, Windows Mobile 6.1 and a high-resolution flush color touch screen.†It also sports a 3.5 mm headphone jack, wi-fi kung fu action, and microSDHC support, giving it a good shot at being a usable multimedia phone. Earlier leaks indicate that the Treo Pro will feature a 3.5mm headphone socket, 320×320 pixel display, microUSB connector and has a 400MHz processor.Odds are very good that AT&T will be picking it up though there are currently no details in terms of pricing or approximate launch date.
