The FCC has approved the latest product of the Hitachi, Casio partnership; an Exilim-branded 8-megapixel camera phone. Comes in a clanshell cellphone design, Casio Exilim W63CA sport a 800 x 480 swivel screen. This Hitachi-Casio phone is going to receive Exilim branding, not unlike the slim line of digital cameras from Casio.Its 8 megapixel sensor is using new new Omnivision sensor, which is never used on any camera phone before. read more…

E-Ten today let us know that they will soon launch the Glofiish V900 and the Glofiish X610 after unveiling back in February and confirmed again in June. The two new releases point out that the company is trying to improve their portfolio with quality handsets.

The Glofiish X610 is an upgraded version of E-Ten’s X600 featuring E-Ten’s Today screen plug-in, based on Spb Mobile Shell V2.1 as well as the ID is a little different from Glofiish X600 by using a flat touchscreen (which is quite common for today’s Windows Mobile Professional smartphone). read more…
