The original iPhone killer, the Meizu M8, has been confirmed for a Chinese market launch on the first week of December with “complete fanfareâ€. Apparently the Taiwan based Geek IT Store will be launching this so called ‘iPhone Killer’ or should that be ‘iPhone rip-off’ beginning in the Chinese markets and followed by the Indian market.

The 8GB model is apparently due to cost somewhere between $380 and $470, and will be launched with “complete fanfare”…presumably because it’s the “iPhone killer,” or so says the press release. The Meizu M8 features a 3.2 inch LCD screen, 3 megapixel camera, FM tuner, 3D surround sound, EDGE, Bluetooth and Windows CE. read more…
This AT&T-branded ugly little cell phone is the new Samsung A637 codenamed “Milkyâ€. It was first spotted last week. A bad joke appears that the Samsung A637, also known as the Milky was guessed made in China. It is still the mysterious handset as the Samsung A637 complete with full specifications and a picture from the manual.

According to the latest information, Motorola is negotiating on a joint project with Emporio Armani. The result should be a stylized version of trendy brand kamerofona ZN5. No details about this new handset have been announced and the exact terms are still being negotiated.
But we can be sure that Motorola ZN5 Armani phone will be a limited edition handset with the significant mark-up.

The movie Eagle Eye has inspired a cell phone game. Mobile game developer and publisher Magmic Games, Inc., and Paramount Digital Entertainment, announced the mobile game launch of Eagle Eye, based on DreamWorks’. Eagle Eye is a 2008 action/thriller film directed by D.J. Caruso and starring Shia LaBeouf and Michelle Monaghan. The two portray a young man and a single mother, respectively, both of whom are framed as people they aren’t and are coerced into carrying out the terrorist cell’s plot. The portable version is available for cell phones, BlackBerries and Windows Mobile devices, and costs $6.99.
