Samsung A767 Propel now available at AT&T

AT&T  fills up its promised, AT&T has released the Samsung a767 Propel  for the QWERTY loving crowd. The Samsung Propel is a slider-styled cell phone with a full slide out QWERTY keyboard. It sports a large 2.2-inch landscape display. The Propel will sport features like a a 1.3 megapixel camera and camcorder, UMTS, AT&T Navigator and Video Share support.

The new device also features a microSD expansion slot, and Bluetooth with A2DP support. The Samsung Propel’s battery offers up to 5 hours of talk time or 10 days of standby.Better still, the Samsung Propel will run you just a penny shy of $80 when purchased on new contract – in your choice of a variety of bright colors

Verizon Blitz Titanium

Best Buy Exclusive!If you fell that you are inconvenient with the Blitz’s original blue. Best Buy is now offering the Blitz on its site, though it will be in a titanium color, instead of the original blue color that was widely pictured before this.  The phone should be released on October 26th, though pricing is currently unknown.

Super Talent launches Luxio 64GB USB flash drive

Super Talent is back with a new range of USB flash drives that feature 64GB of storage space, the highest capacity in the industry. Super Talent’s Luxio drives are housed in a sleek 21 x 76 x 10 mm UV coated ABS/PC case with chrome plated zinc trim. The Luxio offers AES-256 hardware encryption for data security.

The new drive, dubbed Luxio, is available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, and the largest of the three is expected to arrive at retail at around $149 – that’s some $50 cheaper than Corsair’s offering.  All Luxio USB flash drives will feature dual-channel flash memory architecture in order to store your data securely and safely. Other features include password protection, AES-256 hardware encryption, maximum transfer speeds of approximately 30MB/s and an LED indicator. The Luxio 64GB USB drive will cost about $149.

Samsung Blu-ray players hooking up with Netflix

Samsung has announced that Netflix customers will now be able to instantly stream Watch Now movies on select Blu-ray disc players. On Thursday, Samsung announced new partnerships with two Internet multimedia companies for the purpose of incorporating audio/video streaming services into the company’s latest Blu-ray disc players. The first Samsung players that will definitely support Netflix are the BD-P2500 and the BD-P2550. Netflix members can have their PC queues automatically displayed on Samsung’s players for instant viewing. Using the remote will let you fast forward, rewind, browse and rate movies from your TV set.

Owners of the aforementioned players can now apply a firmware update that will enable near-instant streaming of over 12,000 Netflix movies; an active Netflix account is required to stream Netflix content. This is similar to the “watch instantly” feature currently available on the Netflix website. Netflix is hoping to soften the blow charging an additional $1 per more month to about 500,000 subscribers who rent Blu-ray DVDs. The surcharge is effective Nov. 5.

Callpod shows us the Phoenix, a mobile conferencing unit.  Callpod is the creators of the Chargepod and on the heels of its successful launch of the Dragon V2 headset for Bluetooth mobile phones, PDAs VoIP products and computers. Their latest device is called Phoenix, and works as a conferencing unit via bluetooth.

Basically, while using Phoenix you can have 5 bluetooth headsets or mobile phones connected at the same time wirelessly via bluetooth, and all 5 boast full duplex, which means this is much like a real conference.
