Another Nokia announcement here at CES today. At the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the Nokia 7510 was unveiled and T-Mobile USA, Inc. was announced as the exclusive carrier for the U.S. launch of the stylish device.  This fashionable flip phone makes a great accessory to any outfit because it comes with three changeable faceplates: espresso brown, fatal red and emerald green. The phone also features a unique hidden-until-lit external front display.

BlackBerry Curve 8900 official for T-Mobile USA

Official press releases has now confirmed that the BlackBerry curve 8900 will be offered by T-Mobile USA, and according to the insider news reported it should be available from February 11th . The 8900 is the thinnest BlackBerry ever built (only 13.5 mm), and it’s also among the best looking smartphones to come form RIM. The specs show a 3.2 megapixel camera which has image stabilization, digital zoom, flash and video recording features. You can also use the Curve 8900 as a media player since it comes with a 3.5-mm stereo headset jack aside from its standard headset and support for microSD/SDHC memory cards up to 16GB.

This handheld combines quad-band EDGE support with built-in Wi-Fi and GPS, a 512 MHz next-generation processor and a dazzling 480 x 360, high-resolution display. Axiotron introduces Modbook Pro

Axiotron is a company that takes existing Apple notebooks and turns them into fully functional tablets called Modbooks. The tablet Mac, introduced with the help of Apple co-founder and Axiotron board member Steve Wozniak, uses the 15.4″ unibody MacBook Pro as its base system. The Modbook Pro will sport a black luster finish and aluminum construction. Its Synergy Touch screen supports both touch and pen input simultaneously, a feature Axiomatic says is not available on any other tablet, as well as 512 levels of pen pressure sensitivity.The unit almost exactly matches the MacBook Pro’s feature set, including Ethernet, FireWire 800, two USB 2.0 ports, Mini DisplayPort, digital audio, ExpressCard/34 and Bluetooth.

Axiotron introduces Modbook Pro

The Modbook Pro also comes with Axiotron’s Quickapps suite, including Quicktouch (the pen-supporting, touch, user interface), Quickclicks (on-screen software keyboard and shortcuts), Quickflip (screen rotation utility), and Quickscript (advanced handwriting recognition). With up to a 2.8GHz Core 2 Duo processor, the system is well-powered. The 15.4″ WXGA display is the largest available on a tablet computer, and its 0.93 inch depth is slightly thinner than the MacBook base system. Graphics are provided with the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT processor. A 320GB 7200-rpm hard drive or 128GB solid-state drive provide storage, and a camera and GPS system are also built in. Pantech Cupid IM-S390 CDMA handset announced

Pantech Korea recently expanded its CDMA lineup with the introduction of Cupid’s IM-S390 Mobile. The Pantech Cupid IM-S390 is a new CDMA mobile handset that features a built-in terrestrial DMB TV tuner, built-in subway maps, electronic dictionary, support for external memory, and is juts 12.5mm in thickness.The picture shows a heart with an arrow to remind you that the love season is stepping nearer. Just find your soul-mate in the direction of the arrow when Cupid strikes.  In intense Pinkish White it attracts the passionate consumers mostly feminine.

Pantech Cupid IM S390 CDMA handset announced

The Cupid IM-S390 will be available within 5 days in three colors — white with pink, white with lime and black — with an estimated price of 40 won. One can only hope that the Cupid moniker in there is supposed to be something of a reminder for the upcoming Valentine’s Day on February 14th.

Hands-on pics of the Dell Studio XPS 1640

Dell today held an early, low-key launch for its promised Studio XPS notebooks. This goes for two of its new laptops, the Studio XPS 1340 and the Studio XPS 1640, which have been recently leaked onto the  configuration page of the manufacturer’s website. They come with a new black-and-silver trim as well as new, edge-to-edge display and a revamped keyboard unlike the company’s other models. According to the available information on the company’s website, both systems will have the same $1199 price point, something that is yet to be confirmed.

The 16-inch model  is one of Dell’s few 16:9 aspect ratio models and can use either a 720p (1366×768) or 1080p (1920×1080) wide display suited to movies. It also carries a faster Mobility Radeon HD 3670 chipset in standard trim and has a wider range of options than the smaller system, including up to 8GB of RAM, a 2.8Ghz Core 2 Duo and a Blu-ray combo drive.  read more…
