Apple’s next-gen iPhone has video camera

A very reliable source has released some rumors of how the next iPhone will have some video recording capabilities. This rumor is backed by a AT&T. AppleInsider’s article goes on to detail that in the US, AT&T’s network can handle uploading video from an iPhone. This new network would deliver speeds of over 20 megabits per second! It is also possible that Apple will have a new “movie” app that will have the capabilities to edit your videos right on your iPhone.  iPhone OS 3.0 also supports MMS, so you could both e-mail or MMS a video to all of your friends. The network is ready and waiting for Apple, just like all of us.

Another interesting possibility is that Apple may have settled on the Marvell PXA168 ARM chip as the heart of a future device. Some unconfirmed claims point to Apple buying up supplies of this chip which is reportedly also due in the July timeframe.
