A leaked picture of a “secret phone” for LG has appeared at FCC site. LG CF750 is identical to the “Secret†phone marketed globally, including hidden touch D-pad, 5 megapixel camera, and carbon fiber back plate. Pictures also confirm that the CF750, which is a slider, has dedicated music controls. In the the manual it is said “Video Share”, “AT&T GPS”, “AT&T Music”, “Yellow Pages”, “MEdia Net” and “MEdia Mall”. In addition the phone has global GSM and U.S. 3G and Bluetooth, but has not been mentioned or officially announced by LG or AT&T.

Bridgestone showed off a color electronic paper display that has support for pen input. This display is made from the Bridgestone QR-LPD electronic powder, a color filter and the Wacom Co Ltd’s electromagnetic induction type pen input tablet.
The biggest obstacle is color: right now, e-paper can only efficiently transmit in black and white, Bridgestone’s offering is much better: the 13-inch experimental color e-paper screen has a screen refresh rate of 0.8 seconds and it accepts pen input. Bridgestone exhibited the new color e-paper device at a trade show taking place in Tokyo.

The Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Pre is being prepped for its inaugural launch on Sprint’s networkd next month. Ludle International, a Chinese accessory manufacturer has pointed out that new Palm Pre photos had surfaced on a chinese treo forum. A Lundle employee says the Pre feels smaller than Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone. It is also said that Pre’s plastic screen is less scratch resistant than iPhone’s glass screen, the back of the Pre is much more scratch resistant than the iPhone’s but loves fingerprints. But, more importantly, the Pre is currently being massed produced right now and will be on the market soon.
