New T-Mobile Samsung Highlight Cell Phone
The Samsung Highlight, aka the Samsung Spark or Samsung T749, is a leaked handset to TmoNews. The device looks to be the very same Samsung ‘Spark’ that was seen in the leaked Walmart roadmap. New T-Mobile Samsung Highlight will come with a full touchscreen display in addition to a 3.1-megapixel camera with autofocus, video recording support, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, multimedia playback, instant messaging capability and a microSD memory card slot. The phone probably runs on the TouchWiz UI
This handset will come in two color versions: black and red. The Highlight should be a lower cost handset. Rumor is the Samsung ‘Highlight’ could hit us as soon as July 15th via T-Mobile
Maria Sharapova models Bluetooth-enabled Sony Ericsson prototype dress
Sony Ericsson’s own ambassador – Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova – donned a rather striking dress at an event in London on the 17th June.The iridescent scales that run up one side of the dress move and light up when the phone rings, enabling its owner to know about calls even in noisy places. The inspiration for it came from the designer, Georgie Davies, when thinking about how hard it is to hear your phone ring while at a bar. The Bluetooth-enabled lights exist in a group of small, white translucent scale embellishments that run down one side of the dress from the shoulder to the hip
Motorola Announces HX-1 Bluetooth Headset
Motorola has just released the Endeavor HX1 Bluetooth headset. Motorolla claims the HX1 Bluetooth headset to be the “only Bluetooth headset to use true bone conduction technology”. Bone conduction as well as CrystalTalk noise cancellation technology with a stealth mode enable users to hear and to be heard even when in noisy environments. This sounds awfully familiar like the Jawbone line of headsets
Users can activate the stealth mode with the touch of a button, and the bone conduction technology is triggered instantly. The sensor of the HX1 Bluetooth headset will convert the user’s vocal vibrations to speech so that the listener hears nothing else but the voice. The Motorola Endeavor HX1 is also remarkably small, measuring in at only 47mm x 18mm x 12mm (1.9in x 0.7in x .5in) and only weighs 13g (.5oz). The headset includes a set of reversible ear hooks.
Samsung Axle flip handset now being offered by U.S. Cellular
U.S. Cellular announced the availability of the Axle, a simple flip phone from Samsung, to add its line-up of phones. Features are low-end, but functional and it is worthy enough to fit your talking needs.
The Axlefeatures a VGA resolution camera, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, a speakerphone, voice dialing and access to U.S. Cellular’s easyedge mobile internet services. The phone’s measurement is 45.0mm x 89.9mm x 19.6mm (1.8in x 3.5in x 0.8in) in size and weighs 95.6g (3.37oz). It has dual color displays and is capable of up to 4 hours of talk time from a single charge of its battery.
