The phone is now available for $429.99 Month-to-Month, $219.99 after a 1 year agreement, and $149.99 after a new 2 year agreement before an additional $70 instant rebate, bringing the totals to $149.99 and $79.99 respectively.
The BlackBerry Pearl Fliphas identical design and similar features, including a trackball and SureType keyboard on the inside. As it is a clamshell, it has a second display on the front when closed.Other specifications include microSDHC slot for memory and 2MP camera.

Following up on the Alltel launch, U.S. Cellular has launched its version of the LG Tritan messaging and multimedia-oriented device. LG Tritan looks like the G1, nice for the big texters. Customers also have a choice between using the full touch screen or the QWERTY slide out keypad for texting or while on the Web. The leaked T-Mobile 2009 roadmap has re-emerged which is sporting the colors, white, black and metallic blue. * Events created in your Google calendar-either in Calendar on your phone or in Google online-that contain a symbol or accented character in the event name can now synchronize. Previously, including a symbol or accented character in an event name prevented the event from synchronizing.
* Changes made to Google events on the phone now sync with Google online within a few minutes.
* The sync interval for Google events has been decreased from every few hours to every 15 minutes.
