AT&T and LG Mobile Phones Introduce Invision

AT&T and LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A. Inc.  today announced the availability of the CB630 Invision, a new multimedia device for users who want the best in video on their mobile phone. The LG Invision, the third iconic device to offer ATT Mobile TV, presents the smallest Mobile TV-capable phone in the U.S., at just 4 inches tall, 2 inches wide and less than one-half an inch thick. With its crystal-clear screen, TV fanatics can enjoy watching their favorite programming, including major college football games on CBS Mobile, ESPN Mobile TV, FOX Mobile and NBC2GO. Invision also offers Video Share calling and a 1.3 megapixel camera.

The Invision is a quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band 850/1900 HSDPA 3G. It has a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 plus stereo Bluetooth, and XM radio. It will have a slot for microSD cards up to 8GB, and can use AT&T’s video share service. It will be preloaded with Napster to Go. The LG CB630 Invision is said to be available in stores and online, though we did not see it listed on AT&T’s online store at the time of this posting. Pricing is set at $99.99 with a 2-year commitment, after $50 mail-in rebate.
