AT&T Fuze (HTC Touch Pro) spotted with carrier branding

Anyone who are curious to know what the AT&T Fuze looks like, here’s an image of a pre-production unit. It means it is closing in on AT&T’s launch window for the HTC Touch Pro, rebranded as the AT&T Fuze. The AT&T Fuze has been spotted, as you see in these pictures, with the AT&T logo proudly sitting next to the earpiece.

HTC Fuze for AT&T essentially is the same phone as HTC Touch Pro although it has a bit more rounded looks. It features high-resolution (VGA = 640×480) display, QWERTY keyboard, TV output, microSDHC slot as well as usual stuff like HSDPA, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, etc.

A quick look at the specifications yielded the following :

  • Windows 6.1 Professional
  • Qualcomm 528MHz processor
  • 512MB ROM
  • 256MB RAM
  • 2.8″ VGA TFT touch screen display at 480 x 640 resolution
  • Full QWERTY keyboard
  • TouchFLO 3D user interface
  • UMTS (850/1900/2100MHz)
  • GSM/GPRS/EDGE (Quad-band, 850/900/1800/1900MHz)
  • HSDPA
  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity
  • microSDHC memory card slot (32GB max.)
  • Built-in GPS

And, with heavy carrier subsidies expected to make this hot little smartphone affordable to the masses.
