Belkin has announced two new versions of its TuneBase line of iPod/iPhone automobile mounts. There are two versions coming: the TuneBase FM has a FM modulator and the TuneBase Direct outputs via a 3.5mm jack. Both will get your iPod/iPhone hooked up to your car’s speakers while simultaneously charging it and providing a speakerphone for the iPhone.
Main features of the complete TuneBase solution include:
- Listen to music from your iPhone while it charges
- Talk on your iPhone and answer calls, hands-free, while driving
- With one push of a button, TuneBase FM’s ClearScan automatically finds the clearest FM station
Belkin’s new TuneBase FM will be available in mid-July for $90, while TuneBase Direct will sell for $70, and will be available this month.
