BenQ C36 Music Phone

BenQ has announced a new handset, the C36 music phone, which replaces the company’s C30. The C36 uses top-mount controls for its integrated FM tuner, MP3 library and 1.3-megapixel camera shortcut. The camera is capable of recording AVI format movies and can be utilized as a webcam when connected to a PC via the C36’s miniUSB port.

The C36 is dual-band GSM phone features a 2-inch screen with a 176×220-pixel resolution. The FM tuner features an instant or scheduled recording function, while supported audio file formats include MP3, WAV, MIDI and AMR. Playback is accomplished either via the dual speakers or the included headset, while files are stored on a microSD card up to 2GBs in size. GIGABYTE unveils SmartTouch

GSmart has announced newly developed UI software Smart Touch, which is a finger friendly interface that works like iPhone according to the company. The software will be available soon in May, although leaked beta version has been around on the internet.

Smart Touch is an interface that users can customize by adding in 16 most frequently used apps as shortcuts on standby screen, with the shortcuts list displaying at the bottom of the screen, users are able to find the shortcuts they want to activate by swiping across the screen and launch the program simply by tapping on the icon!

Porsche Design P9521 White Limited Edition

The Porsche Design P9521 is definitely not small, with a size at 140 grams and 91 x 48 x 18.4 mm. It has a twistable screen, which can be used as a view finder for the 3 megapixel camera. A finger print scanner has been integrated below the screen.
