Dual SIM Samsung B5702 officially announced

Samsung recently announced the upcoming release of its latest dual-SIM handset, the B5702. Coming with enhanced dual SIM interface and new visual indicators, the Samsung B5702 is also one of the only two dual SIM phones ever made that have quad-band GSM/GPRS support.   Another specific dual SIM feature is dedicated side key that’s used for choosing which SIM card to use for communication without rebooting the phone. What the new phone has to offer is a 2.4-inch TFT QVGA display that comes with support for up to 256K colors. In addition, the device also includes multimedia functions like MP3 and MPEG4 players, and FM radio with RDS. The specification list shows Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP and a document viewer as well.Users are able to browse e-mail and the web, and can enjoy photos and video captured by the B5702’s 3 megapixel camera.

The B5702 will probably be launched at the MWC 2009 is expected to feature a price tag of about $420 (or 310 EUR).
