At the CTIA Wireless convention, among the newest handsets, a touchscreen-equipped multimedia phones,  and the first cellular/satellite phone unveiled. It is a new Windows Mobile Satellite Phone that doesn’t have a bulky external antenna. The Satellite phone is a prototype made up by Elektrobit, designed to use an upcoming satellite service by TerreStar. The Elektrabit will run Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional when it becomes available. The control and function keys included the home button you see on any WinMo phone.

It is said that the Electrabit phone isn’t available yet, but should be by the end of 2009 but no idea on how much this will cost.
