HTC may show off Endeavour with Tegra 3 at MWC

With Mobile World Congress just around the corner Rumors has it that HTC will introduce a monster handset called the “Endeavour” the Endeavour seems to be Tegra 3 based (1.5GHz Quad Core) – something of a departure from HTC’s Qualcomm focus of old. The phone is toting quad band HSPA+ radio, not penta-band.Sounds like a nice large phone that Android users might be looking for.

White Galaxy Nexus Now Shipping for $660 from Negri

Tons of handsets appearing in white lately, from the Motorola Droid RAZR to the Nokia N9 and now the Galaxy Nexus. Negri Electronics is now offering the white Nexus to customers in the US. An unlocked GSM version of the phone, in white, is available to purchase for $659.50. It is the 16GB version and, according to the wording on the webpage, the estimated shipping date is February 13, 2012. The White GSM Galaxy Nexus a 4.65-inch 1280×720 display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front shooter, 16GB internal storage and, of course, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The handset will also come unlocked and plays nicely with both AT&T and T-Mobile 3G.

Motorola launches Motoluxe and DEFY Mini in Germany, UK

Motorola DEFY MINI and MOTOLUXE have just been confirmed. The first being the Motorola Motoluxe will be available in Germany and UK and the next being the Motorola Defy Mini which will make it to Germany. The Defi Mini is a dust and water-resistant 3.2 inch smartphone, while the Motoluxe is aimed at style-conscious users, coming with a 4 inch edge-to-edge display
The MOTOLUXE features, Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread, a 4 inch FWVGA touchscreen, an 800MHz processor, 512MB RAM, 1GB ROM, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, 1400 mAh battery, VGA quality front facing camera and an 8 megapixel rear facing camera with auto-focus. The MOTOLUXE will be available in a licorice color and come priced at 279 Euro.

The Motorola Defy Mini XT320 is a compact smartphone and features ruggedness like the other devices in the Defy series. It has a 3.2-inch display which is 0.2-inch more than the Xperia Active, however it is powered by a 600 MHz processor and also runs Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread. It has a 3.15 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a secondary VGA front facing camera.

Motorola Mobility announces Motorola Gleam+

Motorola has just introduced the Motorola Gleam+, an affordable clamshell. The GLEAM+ will be available beginning in March and will be available with Telekom. Priced at a suggested price of 99 Euro (w/o contract incl. VAT) the new phone will be available in silver and in winter white in March. The flip phone is 13.5mm thick and sports a unique LED matrix on its clamshell that displays the time or notifications and alerts. The GLEAM+ will feature a 2.8? LCD display at WQVGA resolution, while the external display that shows off basic status updates will comprise 144 LEDs. The GLEAM+ will bring goodies to include 50MB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 750 mAh battery, WAP 2.0 web browser and a 2 megapixel camera with digital zoom and video recording.

The Motorola Gleam+ will be available in Germany first for €99 starting March.
