Giga-Byte GSmart S1200 at MWC 09

GIGA-BYTE has been announcing its new Windows Mobile flagship smartphone, the GSmart S1200, at the Mobile World Congress. It uses the latest Smart Zone Windows Mobile interface, which is quite intuitive. A stylish and powerful device is based on a Qualcomm 528 MHz processor. It can work in networks GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA, as well as supports wireless Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.  There’s a microSD slot for extra storage, 1010mAh battery and a special Adobe Flash user interface. Around the back you’ll find a 3 megapixel camera.  The feature list includes 256 MB ROM, 128 MB RAM, a 3.1 inch WVGA touchscreen display and push email support.

The S1200 is expected to be released this quarter in various colors. However, at what price is still a question to be answered.
