Google Docs spreadsheets now editable from your handset

Google has added some functionality to the Google Docs mobile view just for you.   The Google Docs team has added editing capabilities to Google Spreadsheets from popular phones. Now, if you have a G1, iPhone, iPod Touch, or Nokia S60 phone, you can not just browser through your spreadsheets, but actually edit them as well – though with some rather annoying limitations.Once users have loaded a Spreadsheets document on a phone, rows can be altered through links, and columns can be organized through overlay screens.

Moreover, users can share their spreadsheets with anyone, so multiple people can work on a budget together. At the same time from different locations, as an example a mother can work on a shared budget with college-age kids while others can share their their spreadsheets with their financial planners or accountants.
