It was informed that HTC plans to bring TD-SCDMA device to China in partnership with China Mobile. Now it is confirmed that it will be HTC Qilin is the China Mobile version of HTC Whitestone. The new smartphone will be sold under HTC’s Dopod brand, as T8388, with TD-SCDMA support.The Chinese smartphone does not have a QWERTY keyboard, so it’s a touchscreen-only device. The device will be released with Windows Mobile 6.5 on-board. The device looks like it will have six hardware buttons on the bottom.
