The iBoom Hifi from Focal Point will finally be launched at the end of June. iBoom is the newest iPod speaker from DLO. The Focal iBoom HiFi iPod Dock plays your favorite songs, but it also doubles up as a charger when your iPod is docked inside.
Besides playing back your favorite music, iBoom iPod dock also functions as a charger when your iPod is docked within. The Each iBoom HiFi iPod Dock features a couple of speakers, a single 3″ woofer, one tweeter, an Apple remote. The Apple remote weighs 2kg unit, and it won’t seize too much space in your tiny Tokyo apartment. Japan is a pretty huge consumer of the iPod after all, so it makes sense for this to be released there in the first place. It measures only 300mm × 190mm × 240mm. This iPod Dock will be released in Japan first and can be yours for the price of $300.
