The iPhone Dev Team announces on Thursday the plan to release their PwnageTool 2.0, Not long after Apple released the iPhone 2.0 firmware. The group has  published a video of the soon to be released PwnageTool 2.0 that makes it really easy to unlock and jailbreak with the new firmware. The video demonstrates an iPhone running firmware version 2.0 with a working official App Store as well as Cydia. While it seems to be a legitimate video, the Dev Team has not announced when they would release the PwnageTool for anyone to use. According to the team, “We’ve added lots of new features, including 2.0 support, spotlight file indexing of .ipsws, canned websearches, installer custom configuration, custom root partitions and various other things that you’ll see on the release. With the free iPhone 2.0 Software Update, your iPhone does even more. Extend its capabilities with innovative applications you download directly from the new App Store. Get push email, calendar, and contacts from your Microsoft Exchange server at work. And use new features in Mail, Contacts, and other applications.
