A YouTube plugin, now is running on the iPhone operating system 2.0. This make a browser can play embedded YouTube content on the page, also allowing users to click-through and view the video in the dedicated YouTube application.
The YouTube content has to have been encoded in the H.264 format required for playback on the iPhone for this method to work however.
