Vodafone is the carrier who will bring the iPhone to India. Itlook like will be more expensive price to get an iPhone in India. For example, the 8GB version will retail for 28,000 to 30,000 INR (that’s up to $740) with a plan. I think it’s a lot of money for an 8GB iPhone, when the world is waiting for the 3G iPhones in June.

Beside, it should be expected for other countries to sell the iPhone for much more than they are worth in the USA right now.
