Iriver’s Korean site has started showing off the company’s latest portable media player, iRiver’s SPINN PMP. It was first spotted back in January, but only now has been tipped for release by the company. Weighing only 70 grams, the gadget features a 3.3-inch AMOLED screen, DMB (mobile TV), and can playback a wide range of audio + video files including, MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC, ASF, MPEG4, WM9, and WMA.
Other features of the iriver Spinn include a radio, flash, Bluetooth, a new analog SPINN Wheel, and either 8GB or 4GB of flash-based storage. It now boasts of 24-hour audio lifespan and comes in a metal and plastic casing that is just 0.42-inches thick. Currently on pre-order for South Korea with the 4GB model fetching 259,000KRW (about $259) or 8GB for 299,000KRW (about $299). A rumor has it that it will hit the UK market around August
