Reigncom released the iRiver WavePhone, which is a Wi-Fi-equipped VoIP phone, in Korea. Originally, the WavePhone was planned to be released in coming March. The iRiver Wave handset sports a 3-inch, 480×272 touchscreen that is capable of recognizing handwriting and will connect to the Internet via its built-in Wi-Fi connection or over wireless data networks, provided by exclusive carrier KT.
The Wave also comes with 4GB internal memory with support for miniSD cards. It apparently doesn’t come with a camera nor Bluetooth capabilities as neither of the two have been mentioned. The iriver WavePhone includes the phone, a set of earphones, a USB cable, a stylus pen, a battery holder, an adapter, a quick start guide, the warranty card, and the installation CD.Its price is also yet to be disclosed
