Nokia viNe has launched, and brings us his thoughts on the ‘prettier’ version of Sportstracker. Dubbed as Nokia viNe, it will helps you capture your life, and lets you leave photos, videos and songs,rooted in the ground. The viNe service compatible with a slew of E and N Series handsets, taps into your built-in GPS receiver and uploads your media to the viNe website in order for others to keep track. What’s even better, that you are able to share these trips via a widget on your blog or website - fully describing your experiences to others.
After you select Stop in the application, your data is then submitted to the Nokia servers and a virtual trail with this media content along the path is presented on a world map for people to view. So do be careful about what you capture since you don’t want to create a situation that may compromise your safety and security. Thanks to the Nokia Users site for the heads-up on the release.
