Lenovo has launched a new touchscreen handset, the X1. Release in China, the Lenovo X1 is essentially a touchscreen slider phone. Lenovo X1 has a 3.2-inch touchscreen with WQVGA resolution, slim body and an impressive appearance. It uses the Touch Dream interface, which looks like Samsung’s TouchWiz.
The handset also supports GPS and offers a MicroSD (up to 8GB cards)Â slot for memory expansion. Overall dimensions closely match the iPhone, measuring 115 mm in length and 12.5 mm thick, while offering a slightly narrower width of 55 mm. It supports Tri-band GSM EDGE networks.
