Motorola Sholes, an Andorid-powered smartphone is said to head for US Verizon in October. It seems to be the first ever Motorola Android on Verizon Wireless. The Motorola Sholes comes with a set of drool-worthy specifications that includes a 3.7-inch touchscreen display (480 x 854 resolution), a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and GPS navigation out of the box.
