Motorola W6 to Hit T-Mobile USA as MotoACTV

Just a bit ago, other Motorola phones in the W-Series were announced, all featuring that tell-tale yellow keypad. There were rumors about how it is going to be called the new motorola. Finally T-Mobile will call it MotoACTV (most probably standing for “Moto Active”). According to TmoNews, a sporty phone the MOTOACTV W450 should be coming to T-Mobile soon. And, CellPhoneSignal said that T-Mobile might start selling the MotoACTV on September 3, the same day when Sony Ericsson TM506 should hit the shelves. Unfortunately, there isn’t very much new here. The only real stand out feature is this yellow-clad phone’s water resistance. One good thing is the MOTOACTV W450 will only cost you between $30 to $50 when it launches next month.

The new motorola ACTV  will come with : a 1.3 Megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom and video recording, CrystalTalk technology for a clear audio experience, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, Music player, GSM / GPRS / EDGE connectivity, external and internal displays (of unknown sizes and resolutions), MyFaves, SMS, Instant Messaging, speakerphone and microSD card support for up to 2GB. The new Moto W6 should also pack a battery capable of offering up to 6.5 hours of talk-time or up to 350 hours of stand-by time.
