The Mountain View-has announced that Google Apps now available with a streamlined mobile interface. The new UI lets you use apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs, also Google Reader, Google Notebook, Blogger and Google News from your iPhone/iPodtouch. Google Apps Users can bookmark a single web address and seamlessly switch between applications in no time!.

Google speaks of a fast and fluid search with one-tap access to News, image, local, or web results and search query suggestions when you start typing.
Google also delivers a combined month-and-current-day view of your always-in-sync Google Calendar, and the ability to share pictures with friends and family using Picasa Web Albums. Today we’re launching our new integrated Google experience for the iPhone and iPod Touch in 33 new markets and 16 new languages, from Argentina to New Zealand, from Swedish to Chinese,” said Ulf Waschbusch, Product Marketing Manager, Google mobile team, on Thursday.
To try out the new Google interface, users simply need to point their iPhone or iPod Touch web browser to Google’s home page. Also, if you use Google Apps you can now use your domain name on the iPhone as well.
If you have Google Apps for your domain, you can bookmark or set: http://www.google.com/m/a/YOURDOMAIN. Be sure to replace “YOURDOMAIN” with your actual domain name.
