LG has just announced a new smartphone, LG Optimus L3 E400 which works on Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread). The phone is anew budget friendly Android based smartphone. The pre-order price of the device is €145. The L3 E400 features a 3.2″ display with the rather lowly resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a 3MP snapper is present on the back. The phone will be released in Europe on February 27 and is expected to be formally presented at MWC 2012. It is available in black and white color.
