Another N79 variant, the N79 Eco has announced by Nokia which cares about nature in a slightly odd way – it comes in a smaller box and without a charger. The N79 Eco is available for pre-order through Nokia’s UK online shop and customers are expected to retain the charger from their previous Nokia device.  The handset features quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) and dual-band UMTS (900/2100MHz) with HSDPA for high-speed data. It includes onboard A-GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 and a microSD memory slot.The N79 Eco has a new “petrol black†casing, with three included covers which are in dark gray, steel gray and deep plum.
Every N79 Eco sold equals to a donation of $7 for the WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature).
