The Verizon Nokia Twist has been revealed. As the name implies, the phone twists open to reveal the hidden internal keyboard, and is anchored by a “Contact Light Ring” in the lower-right corner that illuminates when someone is trying to contact you. . The Nokia Twist has had an interesting lifetime as its bodyshell was cloned in China long before Nokia’s device was complete.
A Nokia ad tells that Nokia Twist has a QWERTY keyboard, a 3-megapixel camera with a flash, an HTML web browser, a “contact light ring for contact & event notification,” and Habitat Mode. It also has a built-in mirror and swappable covers, because folks who buy Nokia phones are just that vain.

Pricing for orders placed via the web and at corporate stores will be $99.99 after $50 rebate with 2-year contract and $169.99 (after rebate) with a 1-year contract. BJs locations will offer it for free (after rebate) with a 2-year contract and $70 (after rebate) with a 1-year contract. Full retail price will be $279.99 regardless of location.
