Nokia Twist launching on Verizon starting September 13

The Verizon Nokia Twist has been revealed. As the name implies, the phone twists open to reveal the hidden internal keyboard, and is anchored by a “Contact Light Ring” in the lower-right corner that illuminates when someone is trying to contact you. . The Nokia Twist has had an interesting lifetime as its bodyshell was cloned in China long before Nokia’s device was complete.
A Nokia ad tells that Nokia Twist has a QWERTY keyboard, a 3-megapixel camera with a flash, an HTML web browser, a “contact light ring for contact & event notification,” and Habitat Mode. It also has a built-in mirror and swappable covers, because folks who buy Nokia phones are just that vain.
