AT&T will soon be offering another flavor of the hot selling Palm Centro smartphone. In a post on The Official Palm Blog, the manufacturer and device developer has announced the availability an new Electric Blue color for the AT&T Palm Centro starting on Friday July 11th. This date is also the 3G iPhone’s release date, so expect hordes of people to overlook the Centro then. Palm has also hinted a possible price cut on the Palm Centro and will be more affordable than ever for back-to-schoolers from July 11 to September 20, 2008. Currently the Palm Centro is running for $99 with 2 year contract. AT&T will be promoting this phone even less. How much less, we will find out this Friday. Since the rumor of the clamshell Blackberry Kickstart will be selling for $50.
