Palm today released an official video and press photo of the new Treo Pro smartphone. Although it did appear in Palm’s official multimedia library for press, the video was not accompanied by a press release. Palm’s Treo Pro isn’t quite official yet, but after two leaks, there’s a lot of information out there already. The Treo Pro is sleek and thin with smooth lines and rounded edges. Palm’s ring “a one-touch Wi-Fi button, GPS, Windows Mobile 6.1 and a high-resolution flush color touch screen.” It also sports a 3.5 mm headphone jack, wi-fi kung fu action, and microSDHC support, giving it a good shot at being a usable multimedia phone. Earlier leaks indicate that the Treo Pro will feature a 3.5mm headphone socket, 320×320 pixel display, microUSB connector and has a 400MHz processor.Odds are very good that AT&T will be picking it up though there are currently no details in terms of pricing or approximate launch date.
