Philips M600 will surely be released in China pretty soon (since all Philips handsets are now produced there), but there are no details about its availability in other countries. Anyway, knowing that it has support for many languages, including (besides Chinese) English, French and Russian, the handset could also make it to Europe.
A price for the new Philips M600 was not announced, but it will probably be a bit more than what we usually categorize as being affordable.
