Canadian mobile phone carrier Rogers has just made available the LG Eve, a new mobile phone that runs under Google’s Android operating system. As of now the LG Eve is listed on the Rogers website and is showing an on-contract price of $49.99. Pre-loaded with a Social Networks Manager app, an total for Facebook, Twitter and Bebo, a Eve is being positioned as a “ultimate smartphone for amicable media enthusiasts”.
Spec wise the LG Eve packs a 3 inch touch screen, slide out 5 row QWERTY, 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and video capture, GPS, WiFi, accelerometer, Google Maps, Google Search and Google Latitude, world phone quad-band EDGE and tri-band HSPA, Bluetooth, and 2GB memory expandable up to 16GB.
