Rogers will soon be releasing a new low-end cell phone, called the Samsung S366. Samsung s366 is a low end phone and targeted for beginner user. Samsung s366 has announced  to release before end Q1 2009
The S366 is a flip device that comes with a 1.3MP camera (with video capabilities), a music player, Bluetooth, Quadband 850/900/1800/1900 and expandable memory to 4GB.
Pricing details weren’t announced yet but around $99 seems fair
