A new rumor from phones4u UK said that Samsung Bresson M8800 is the next 8 megapixel camera phone from Samsung with full touch screen. Samsung M8800 has a codename called Bresson, which could be taken from Henri Cartier-Bresson, a French photographer. The Samsung M8800 won’t have a hardware keyboard onboard. The full touch UI will offer improved thumbable music and photo interface. The thickness of the handset is 15.5 mm, which makes it even slimmer than the Innov8, which measures 17.2mm.
The key features on the M8800 are that it has an 8 megapixel camera with autofocus which is perhaps similar to the Samsung i8510, a 3.2″ touchscreen display in 16 million colours, GPS and HSDPA data. It is said that the M8800 is capable of full HDTV quality viewing, which would most likely imply an 800 x 480 pixel (WVGA) widescreen display, similar in resolution to the 3.8″ display on the HTC Touch HD, but quite a lot smaller.
Samsung Bresson M8800 has been spotted as a pre-order offer at a retail website. Reports expected availability in mid-October which is Stylishly compact, and elegantly sculpted, just before the Samsung Innov8 reaching you. No price cost has been disclosed yet.
