Samsung has just announced, in Russia, the following handsets: Samsung E2100, Samsung E1125, Samsung E1070 and Samsung E1100. All four phones are entry-level models that support dual-band GSM frequencies (900 / 1800 MHz).  The “E” in these E-Series phones from Samsung must stand for “Economy”.

Samsung E2100 seems to be the most interesting among the new handsets, coming with Bluetooth 2.0, a 128 x 160 pixels display, a VGA camera, FM radio and an overall nice design.

Samsung E1125 loses the camera but keeps the FM radio. Its appearance is similar to the one of E2100, although it looks somewhat cheaper.

Samsung E1100 and Samsung E1070 are really on the low-end side, the sole notable feature being the integrated flashlight (which is only present in the E1100).
