Samsung Omnia HD is keeping the â€Omnia†part of it’s name in Italy. In addition to launching the device as Omnia in Italy, Samsung also promotes it with a special launch event of X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Samsung has other devices named differently in several markets already, such as the Anycall brand its handsets bear in Asia, or the “Player†brand in France, “Tocco†in U.K. and “Touch†in the rest of the European countries, which means that the same will most likely happen to Omnia HD.
The 8-megapixel camera phone will come with a 3.7-inch display that can provide a 360 x 640 pixel resolution, 8 or 16GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi capabilities, 3G support, and much more.
