Samsung electronic has been stated as an official partner of the Olympic Games in wireless telecommunications equipment. Today, Samsung Electronics has launched its new handset ‘Soul Olympic Special Edition (model: CH-W590IL, SPH-W5900IL, SPH-W5950IL) commemorating Beijing Olympic 2008. This special edition will share all the same specifications and features as the original Soul. It comes with 5.0-megapixel camera, navigation indicators on the keypad, 7.2Mbps HSDPA and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity. The distinction lies in the Battery cover where the signature Olympic logo was etched there. The price stands at $688 (around RM 2,252).
