Vodafone UK has announced the availability of the Sony Ericsson Satio. Vodafone is the only operator offering the Satio for purchase at the moment, although Orange has slapped a ‘coming soon’ sign on the phone for it site.
The 12 megapixel Sony Ericsson Satio has been hogging the headlines ever since it was first unleashed as the Idou back at Mobile World Congress in February. Vodafone looks set to offer the phone for £35 or £40 per month contract for two years. The phone features a 12.1-megapixel camera with Xenon and LED flash, DNLA-compatible WiFi, GPS, and 3G data and runs on the Symbian S60 5th edition OS . The glossy-black finish highlights the 12.1-megapixel camera (with Xenon flash) while the 3.5-inch touchscreen plays video with aplomb. It is awesome.
