The Walmart roadmap that revealed the G1 V2 also now appears to confirm that the G2 will have a 5-megapixel camera instead of a 3.2 megapixel one. BGR has uncovered the entire 2009 Wal-Mart Roadmap for all T-Mobile devices and also clarifies the release window and has the G2 shipping for $179 in July, a month later than the HTC Magic for Rogers. Through the FCC it is assumed that the HTC Magic will have T-Mobile’s 1700 MHz band of 3G along with the 2100 MHz Euro flavor.
Let’s just hope the rumor that it will support UMA pans out too
