T-Mobile will be offering a new Sony Ericsson phone. The FCC has revealed the first images of the first T-Mobile branded Sony Ericsson handset since the T610 which is being branded the TM506. From the exterior surface, it looks to be a new version of the Z780. But, there are a few stylistic changes  including a neon green metallic finish found around the inside of the clamshell, metallic finish for the keypad, and soft-touch paint with black gloss on the front flip with a camera of as yet unknown resolution.
The new Sony Ericsson TM506 is a 3G-capable clamshell handset bound for T-Mobile USA. The phone will features triband GSM/EDGE with support for US frequencies and HSDPA support on T-Mobile’s nascent 1700Mhz 3G network.
The known specs of TM506 include: GPS and A-GPS, Web browser, Web feed, Instant Messaging, Picture and video blogging, Music and Video players, MusicDJ, Bluetooth, photo camera (of 2 Megapixels, most probably) with video recording, USB, Voice command, embedded games, file manager, organizer, calendar and expandable memory (via a Memory Stick Micro card, as in the case of all Sony Ericsson phones).
