Verizon Wireless has introduced the Razzle and the Nokia 2705 Shade. Both handsets will launch on October 6th according to sales material obtained by BGR. Also, both devices are budget phones with specs that won’t blow you away, but fits in a pocket or purse for stylish connectivity.
The Pantech Razzle, it is announced to hit verizon online on October 6th for$69.99 after a two-year contracts, and will be available in Verizon’s retail stores later in the month. The Razzle has a unique swiveling bottom with a QWERTY keyboard on oneside and a music player on the reverse. The device provides access to Verizon’s Mobile Web service, VZ Navigator turn-by-turn directions, and V CAST Music, too. Users can save songs to external microSD(INFO) cards, including the 1GB card that comes bundled with the device. The Pantech Razzle features a 2.2-inch 262k color TFT display, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and Bluetooth support for use with hands-free headsets and stereo headphones.
The Nokia 2705 Shade, a clamshell touted as “one of the smallest phones to be offered by Verizon.” The price is $29.99 with a 2 year pact. The Shade comes with changeable covers that personalize the color of the front of the phone. The Nokia Shade still features some basic features, including a 1 .3-megapixel camera (some versions), and Bluetooth. In addition, Nokia 2705 Shade has internal and external displays, micro USB and a battery that can provide a talk-time of up to 5 hours.
