Virgin Mobile has announced yet another UTStarcom phone, and it is namely the Arc. The Arc is a simple camera phone with trademark Virgin Mobile black and red colors. VGA camera, speakerphone located on the front flip. These VGA camera, and voice dialing along with full support for telecoil access for hard of hearing individuals. Outside of these features, the Arc also has support for basic web access, games, polyphonic ringtones, and voice dialing. As with most Virgin USA phones, the clamshell device is contract-free and sells for $50 to customers of the prepaid service.
