Vodafone’s first mobile phone to make use of the Vodafone 360 Platform, the Samsung H1 is now available to pre-order. Tailor-made for the operator, the H1 is the first handset which delivers the Vodafone 360 experience. It is described as “a new set of internet services for the mobile and PC which gathers all of a customer’s friends, social networks and online communities, entertainment and personal favourites in one place”. Vodafone 360 offers an online address book that combines all your contacts and favourites from Facebook, Gmail, Google Talk and Windows Live. As such, its aims are similar to those offered by the latest Android OS iterations such as HTC Sense and Motorola’s Motoblur.
The Samsung H1 features a 3.5-inch, HD OLED screen, 5 megapixel camera, WiFi, and 16GB internal memory. On top of that, there’s also integrated GPS navigation and PC synchronisation for your contacts and to back things up.

When launched the Vodafone 360 based Samsung H1 will be free on a £30/month 24 month contract. Customers can already pre-order the H1 via Vodafone’s official website
